About Course
In this course, you will learn more about stress and what is important for you, as a manager, to consider.
You will explore stress, the consequences of prolonged stress, and the warning signs you need to watch for.
You will also be introduced to tools for creating a low-stress work environment, which supports well-being, job satisfaction, and performance.
The course focuses on recovery, reducing distractions, and achieving a balance between demands and resources.
We base our approach on Swedish work environment legislation, the Work Environment Act (AML 1977:1160), and the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s regulations (AFS 2015:4).
